Among the choices, I went with the Star Wars world -- all those cool flying machines everywhere, hyperspace just a quick jump away. Sure, there's this Empire to contend with, but I've seen the movies, it's only a matter of waiting long enough for young Luke to grow some peachfuzz and take on that evil Emperor.

When I saw the topic, the first thing that came to mind for whatever couple of reasons I can't think of off-hand ... (o)(o) ... was Russ Meyer's world! Stacked women on bikes, on the loose, with guns, with bad attitudes, with girl-fighting skeels ... where do I sign up?
