I'm going to run an HD-DVD player thru my quadrophonic receiver along with my Minidisc player, Digital Compact Cassette and Beta deck, It will be a little format war grave yard.

The sad thing is that in 10 years there will be stalwarts holding on to HD-DVD, just like Laserdisc now, because of various versions of movies and special features that won't be available on other formats. There will be forums filled with people that have 22 different versions of Blade Runner or Beerfest.

Just be careful talking audio in a bar with a woman. I'd hate for you to admit you have a "minidisc" and be misunderstood. That might cause an awkward moment.
