    Best "Drug" Scenes.

If you ever experiment with drugs, you might relate to some of following scenes.

    Not in any particular order:

Modern Romance (1981): After taking couple of Quaaludes, he (Albert Brooks) does dance stepping around his apartment. And then put on a record fter admiring his vinyl collection.

Leon the Professional (1994): As Gary Oldman takes his pills before he storm the apartment, Beethoven music is brewing in the background.

Scarface (1983) : When you are Drug Lord, the world is yours.

Pulp Fiction ( 1994): A drug dealer worst nightmare...an overdosed customer laying in middle of his living room.

Easy Rider (1969): After Peter Fonda show Jack how to lite up one, Jack goes into “alien among us” conspiracy theory.

Drug Store Cowboy (1989): Matt Dillon's portray of drug addict is chilling.

Up in Smoke (1978): As Cheech pick up Chong on side of road in his, Choing pull out the biggest joint ever. And try to keep a strait face when Cops pull them over.

History of World Part 1 (1981): As Romans chasing the run away slave Gregory Hines on chariots, he sees a cannabis plant and smoke Romans to a dance number in the middle of chase.

Last of Red Hot Lovers (1972) : A middle aged married man (Alan Arkin) try to inhale the smoke. “ I don’t know where I am going, but I’m going”, he said as he is choking on smoke.

Some good ones there to be sure - I would add Trainspotting - the baby crawling along the ceiling was one freaky trip.

Also just remembered the scene in the movie Salvador where James Wood and Jim Belushi are driving down to El Salvador.

I'd have to vote Requiem for a Dream as the most essential drug movie made containing a long list of impressively shot drug scenes.

Smoke - you gotta see Trainspotting for drug scenes - the toilet dive and the aforementioned baby on the ceiling are top examples.

I thought the LSD scenes in Easy Rider were trippy - New Orleans Mardi Gras and the above ground cemetery = great settings for mind altering substances.

Are we discussing scenes of drug use or just tripped out flicks?

Speaking of Hunter S Thompson, the film Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas is fierce in its protraits of grug excess...especially the first 30 minutes of the film, which is just one long trip.
