I am going to switch from s-video to component video cables and wanted to hear some recommendations for sites and/or manufactures of component cables at a reasonable price. Thanks.

choices in all price points. Check out cobalt/acoustic reaserch/better cables.com
parts express. You did'nt mention a budget, you can find good mid range prices

An earlier post might not have been clear.

Component video cables must be 75 Ohm coaxial. Not just any interconnect will do.

Although many regular interconnects might work over very short distances, the picture will be best only with 75 Ohm coaxial cables.

I would consider Cobalt Cables for sure or check out HCM audio online. Another resource might be musicdirect, audio advisor, RAMelectronics, to name a few. What price range are you looking? AudioQuest makes a model for just about any price range.

You might also try www.haveinc.com. They provide Canare component cables at any length you want. They're custom-made to order. It's been awhile since I purchased from them, but the two component cables I purchased (6ft and 10ft) were less than $100. The quality is much better than Monster, AR, etc..
