Tri TRV-88SER integrated Tube

Just wanted to post a review of this triode amp as I recently purchased it in Montreal. First, let me say this amp is made in Japan, as opposed to china or Malaysia. The build quality is 2nd to none. The sound is simply fantastic. It drives a pair of Focal 836V speakers-quite large.

Bass is excellent. Uses KT88 tubes. I traded in a British transistor amp for this and could not be happier.

Lots of people live these push-pull tube amps; personally I won't be getting a tube amp any time soon.
