I found this offer and would like to know if it will fit my needs.....

omg, GO FOR IT, alot of power, good brand, as you said mint condition, it's even suitable if you ever want to buy new speakers (more powerfull ones)...

Right know, I am using a Integrated amp ( nad 3240 PE ) that I will use as a preamp for now! Any good?

yup, a STEAL!!! ya, use your nad as a preamp until you find or can afford something better!
