    Different Types of Output Power...?

I am trying to choose a set of speakers and would like to try and match them to my amp.

I have a Yamaha HTR-5490 amp and the specs give me 4 different power output values:
    - Minimum RMS output for R, L, and Center: 80 W
    - DIN Standard Output Power: 145 W
    - Maximum Power (EIAJ): 125 W
    - Dynamic Power (IHF): 105 W at 8 ohms, 170 W at 4 ohms.

When Im trying to match a speaker to my amp, which of these values should I be paying attention to?

    Thanks in advance

Only RMS tells you what the amplifier is capable of delivering on a constant basis. The others represent flavors of what the amp may do on an instantaneous basis. Unless you listen to extremely compressed music continually at full output, however, most any speaker can handle that power.
