    Lightbulb Nad3020 Can U Help?

    Hello,
    I have a NAD3020 amp which I've owned from new some 20 +yrs.
I'm about to set up a recording studio and would like to use the 3020 in the set-up.
It still sounds as sweet as when I first bought it.
BUT.... The connectors on the rear are not as good as they could be and in addition, I'd like to get some bigger speakers and use good quality cable..HOWEVER... The speaker connectors aren't up to a thicker gauge wire.
HAS ANYBODY OUT THERE UPGRADED A NAD3020?
CAN YOU ADVISE ME HOW TO GO ABOUT IT?

    Cheers,
    Gareth

To be honest youre probably better off getting a new amp. The NAD C320BEE or C352 would be good options. The 3020 is a fantastic piece but does not compete with the newer NAD amps.

Plus if your looking to add larger speakers you might need more power. Depending on the sensitivity. You will also get more inputs.

    Just a thought!!!

    Cheers
