    Catalin Repair?

I just purchased a Catalin DeWalt A-501 radio at an auction. It is in very good condition except there is a clean / clear through crack in the case. Are there any old radio buffs out there that knows the proper way to repair such a crack in catalin.

It is a beauty, dark brown marbled case with a butterscotch grill. The tuning dial is perfect. It will clean up well.

I am new to the board and did do a search for catalin with no results, so be kind.

PS: I was on this board or a similar board awhile back. Did this board use to have an old radio section or is there some other board?

You might want to try here.

This other site has a real vintage "radio" forum and tends to be a bit more technically oriented,
