Thumbs up JohnMichael, you can thank me later!

There's a reason that I'm posting this in the Steel Cage. Even if you're not a Survivor fan, you have to see this!

Just a quick warning to Rich that this link may make you a little uncomfortable.

    I'll thank you now.

You just never know what things can help a person to run faster.

Thanks FA for thinking of me. I am sorry I did not notice this sooner but I have been running with a 29 year old Latino man. We have been having some great times. I think I will need to start watching the show. Oh we could watch it together.

Maybe it's functional. Similar to how a cheetah uses its tail for balance when running.

cant be that - it is too small. even small cats have large tails, or small boat large rudders, but this, this is just too small.

I'm sad to report that Marcus was voted off of Survivor last week. He was the only eye-candy for me this season and I'm going to miss him. Although, I will get to see him each week as a jury member.

Ooops. Did I just say member?
