    I'm looking for a set of "wireless" speakers for 5.1 home theater use. Daughter doesn't like wires and does not desire installing in walls. Are there any quality options. Thanks.

    And how does she plan on powering the speakers? Using AC or by changing the batteries often? Speaker wire can be hidden by running it through the walls, under the carpet, or inside floor molding. You can paint over flat speaker wire.

    I once saw some Optimus (Radio Shack) cableless speakers. But they are not what one would call "decent quality".

    Have same problem with wife does'nt want wire to show ! There a product called WIREMOLD its made of plastic with two sided tape ,sticks to wall and wire are place inside (snap together) paint them the color of your wall 1inch wide and 1/2 inch thick (solfe my problem) Pat.P
