Tell us what brand/model you're looking for. That'd be a place to start.

    You didn't look too hard
On the first page, there's a section marked "FAQ / Contact Us".

Click there, read everything carefully, and follow the instructions. You'll be sending them an email.

Are you sure the model number is 'Smaller Advent'? I've never heard of an Advent called 'smaller Advent'.

    Actually, I think there was.
I think their second venture with a smaller speaker was called the "Small" Advent.

Henry was not much for fancy names.

I believe the smallest one in their lint at one time was called the "Baby" Advent. Then there was the Advent/2, etc...

I believe that only once that he sold the company did they start with the more creative names.

You might want to retry your request.
In any case, not all business' follow the golden rule and, if they don't have what you asked for, rather than saend a reply they mat simply not respond.

    Again, give them another try.
