Question what are the best small compact speakers you would suggest?

what are the best small compact speakers you would suggest?
I would prefer small compact speakers that:
(1)delivers enough good quality clear loud sounds for a motel that kicks out some superb sounds
    (2)That's under $50
(3)that is small and compact so that I can easily pack it in my laptop's case
Are the wooden Mini Travel Speakers at this site:
...the same as premiertek's Sound Pod Fold Up Amplified Portable speaker? If Yes, what do you think of them as small quality speakers?
What do you think of these 2 speakers:
-Logitech R-10 Multimedia Speakers $29 at futureshop?
    2 x 2 Watts
-Creative Labs Vivid 80 Speakers (MF5005)

Look for some Minimus 7's at your local GW or yard sale. they should cost around $30 to $50 a pair. They're the only decent really small speakers I know of. They put all those computer oriented speakers to shame.
