    Want your inceiling speaker advice.
Small HomeTheater room size 13x13 with 8' ceiling. I want a pair of inceiling speakers. Which is best for movies using it as surround speaker, 6.5" or 8"?
Note: Powered from 65wx7, Harman Kardon AVR435.

That depends on the model. With a larger speaker you'll get more bass. Personally I stay away from in wall style speakers but if you must I'd say go with a 6.5. It's probably just to add a sense of depth, and the smaller speaker will cause the least amount of vibration in your walls. Just a thought.

    Thanks,
Ah, I forgot about that wall vibration. Great thought.

    Hi,

I have two 8" audiosource ceiling speakers - white in color. I bought them to install in my basement, but ended up putting in Boston bookshelves, hanging from the ceiling. (the rest of my setup is Boston.) Anyway, if you'd like them, I'll sell them for $50 plus actual shipping. Never used or installed
