Between the two, the SVS PB12-Ultra/2 is the better overall subwoofer, though it better be at twice the amp, twice the weight, twice the woofers, an additional port, and twice the price.
A fairer comparison would be between the HSU VTF-3 HO Turbo and the SVS PB12-Ultra. In this case I would lean towards the HSU.
