    What does HLS stand for? I always woundered about this. I am talking about the JBL HLS Series.

    Thinking it might refer to something about horns. Since the HLS series had some sort of horn on it.

    Horn Loaded System or Series - Just a thought.

    Why dont you ask JBL.
