Opinions on unknown speaker.

Was looking through my MCM sales ad (Sent out a few times a month) and came across some floor standing speakers dual 8" woofers 4 1/2" mid and a 1" silk dome tweeter for $35 each, So 70 for the pair.

Too cheap for White Van, Joe. If it were something like Theater Research, they'd be touting a suggested retail of $3,500 with a sales price of $350.

As long as they work, for $70 I really don't see how you can go wrong. Seriously, we're talking about the equivalent of 1 tank of gas here, guys If you don't like the sound, stick 'em in your garage.

Im hopeing MCM has them in there showroom so can take a look, Maybe they will even have them hooked up how knows.

Right now I just have some cerwin vegas and they need reformed.

You are right about that. At the given price you can't go wrong. I just have a problem with something that big that costs less than what I paid for a pair of Minimus 7's.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing! Two pairs of speakers for less than 1 JL sub for my car. But like I said, as long as they work...why not?
