Speaker Requirements

Hey.
Im new on the nlog and need a bit of advice.
I have recently purchased a Sunfire 300 Power amp(Carver) and at the moment use it to drive my JBLs S312 speakers.I am looking at a purchase of compatible speakers ,Floorstanding and need some help here.
Im using a power amp for the very first time hence picked up a NAD C372 Intergrated amp with a built in Pre Out instead of a dedicated Pre amp for the Sunfire.
I was told that the Nad 372 would do a good job with driving the power amp .
Kindly advice if anyone has used a sunfire 300 before .Its a bit of an old model though it was used as a showroom demo unit ,,,its in good shape and moreover i got it at a steal.
In Oman the options of good tower speakers purchase are limited .We just have ...polk audio, Theil,jbl, yamaha,and a few canadian brands.

Go with the Theils. They are excellent speakers and well respected.
They are one of my favorite speakers. Talk to Basite on this forum. He owns a pair.

from the list you just said, Thiel, is by far, the best one in it.
