Sir T, did you pull the Trigger on the Cerwin Vegas?
    Sir T,

I figured you could use a break from the cable wars: so I was wondering if you purchased the Cerwin Vega CLS-15 Yet?

If so, have you compared them to your Revel Concerta F12s?

Also have you considered the CLS-215

Simply the biggest, baddest tower on the market, the CLS-215 features two cast frame high excursion 15-inch woofers and delivers earth-shaking bass down to 24 Hz. With guaranteed “eviction notice” performance

I was planning on getting those for xmas but I didn't. no space for them but if I have the chance I will.

I have had many Vegas before and they are good speakers especially if you are listening to loud music with deep bass.

    A,
The cable war is no sweat, trust me on that one. I have not pulled the trigger just yet as the room the entire system is going in is being remodeled. Initially I did look at the 2215's, but the Soundstage review on them changed my mind and made me look at the CLS-15. The Soundstage review stated that the waveguide on the 2215 aimed the tweeter output upwards, and you had to tilt it downward to get the best driver integration and smoothest response. They said the CLS-15 was shorter, and that tilting was not necessary on it. The was a big plus. The second plus and what sealed the deal was the listening session.
