Question about in-wall speakers

Due to the design of my new house being built, it would be MUCH better for me to use in-wall speakers for the surrounds. I know that I will be more limited in my choices, but this will allow me to perfectly place the speakers on the vaulted ceilings pointing down at the perfect angle.

When you are getting surrounds, I have heard that it is important that you not only match the brands, but you match the series together. After doing research for Monitor, NHT, Focal, Paradigm, and B&W it seems as if the in-walls will not be of the same series as the floor speakers that they offer. Does this pose a potential problem or should it be just fine?
