    Review demanded, Jaybo!
So, I broke into the palace
With a sponge and a rusty spanner
She said : "Eh, I know you, and you cannot sing"
I said : "That's nothing - you should hear me play piano"

If they sound half as good as they look you have one hell of a speaker.

Hey guys. I've been pretty busy with work and non work.
As far as speakers go they sound great. The only thing I was worried about was sound dispersion. The sweetspot is very wide and love the airy. I just gotta decide what to do with excess gear.

    RAAL tweets sound great!!!!

    Thems are purdy...

...glad they sound good as well...

Right... always a bit nerve-wracking wondering if they're gonna get there without any damage...

Congrats on the Salk Song Birds! They are fine speakers. I've have heard the Salk HTR-3's and Song Towers at Frank Van Alstine's house. They are as you describe them and they have great synergy with AVA gear. Enjoy them!

    Thanks guys.

I think these are HT1-TL, but who knows.
But, I do know that I'm not the original owner and these are the pair from below link.

As you would imagine, I'm not the original owner.
The sensitivity is rated around 84dB. I was worried my passive preamp wouldn't provide enough attenuation, but the system sounds just fine. I can play them much louder than anyone would ever want. I'm really glad because I was worried I may spend some money on another preamp...

Sorry, from the pic's I saw that they were 2 ways and thought they were the new Song Birds! Thats even better that they are the Veracity HT1's. If I had the money ($6K+) I would probably buy the HTR-3's and thats coming from a planar guy!

    Enjoy the music!

They look very similar and just as beautiful as the Totem line of tower speakers.

I hope they bring a tt to the 2111 CAS. Van Alstine's ears are as good as anyones.
