    Great review on a great speaker. Too bad the price has skyrocketed from the Synchrony One's which were about $5K pr. and one of the best buys in audio as Stereophile compared them to speakers in the $15K to $20K range.

    yeah its a shame the price went up. However when you compare them to high end product lines from Revel, B&W, etc, they are still a bargain.

    Agreed. I like the cherry finish on the Synchronies much much better than the glossy cherry finish on the Imagine T3's. The T3's have a cheap look to them for a flagship speaker. One positive thing i will say is I do like the fact that the cherry wood finish makes up the entire front baffle and matches the rest of the speaker on the Imagines, its not just black.
