12" A. Gallo Nucleus 2-stack in iron frame ???

---one of those complex questions from a first-time poster with too-little information. So, hello. I'm a music lover who put his system in place 13 years ago and now must replace it with something more appropriate to new environs (like smaller). I'm in L.A., and the speakers were set up by Ambrosia (now out of business?).

The electronics are not worth mentioning, but the Nucleus speakers (I don't have their series I.D.) are still pretty amazing in the right room. I have a copy of the installation materials and specs but haven't the sound-engineering background to know what to share in order to properly ID them. Two sets of two 12" round speakers stacked in/on an iron frame. The top spkrs have tweeter coils sticking up--covered with foam caps.

What have I got? What is their value?
