JBL 250ti speakers

Hello all, I recently purchased a set of JBL 250ti speakers.

However, I have noticed that the Bass Surround foam has decayed. Are replacements available? If so, where can I obtain it? I contacted JBL but they told me it was no longer in production.

I read in the review section that this was a common occurance, how did they solve this problem?

http://www.newfoam.com, among others, offer replacement kits where you can replacethe foam yourself. If you prefer, you can have them do it, although at a slightly higher cost.
