    Polk Audio PSW125

My KLH sub just bit the bullet. I have looked around and am considering the PSW125. Does anyone have any experience with it? Is it a good choice? I know Polk Audio is a good brand in audio equipment, but I can't find much info or personal experience about this particular sub. I do want to stick with a 12" sub and enough power to support LFE.

    Thanks for your help. Brad.

Looks like a nice thumper if ya have the room for it.
I have very limited space and just got a PSW120.
Not all that happy with it and I'm a big fan of Polk.
8in stomper just isn't enough.....but when space is limited it's a tough choice.

Some info on the one ya want I found.

Unfortunately, you didn't list a price on that Polk sub or your budget. Looks like it goes for about $325.

If you don't mind a cherry finish here's one for a $224 from a great dealer:

However, I think you can do much better performance wise. Do not be fooled by the 10" drivers on the Outlaw, HSU and SVS subs I show below. These are serious subs and great direct to buyer prices. If you can go to $500 I listed a super buy on a soon to be discontinued sub below.

(in my opinion all of the below subs will significantly outperform the Polk)

This is a photo of my Outlaw Audio LFM-1 Plus. The plexiglass top is the same on the LFM-1 Compact.

(Sorry, I can't seem to get the photo to upload to this post. If anyone is interested in any of the Outlaw Audio subs I have a good photo that shows the plexiglass top. Send me a private message and I'll e-mail it too you. My wife thinks it is gorgeous. The photo at Oulaw hardly even shows it. The beautiful appearance with similar performance is the main reason I picked it over the HSU and SVS Models).
