On the back left of my room is a Polk Monitor 30 as the surround

    Here is the right surround

And on the desk in the middle of my room is the Infocus X1a:

Looking towards the front of the room we have the 85" screen and front speakers + sub:

    Thanks for the comments

Everything together (including projection, speakers, and all equipment) probably was around $2000 or maybe a smidge over that

That's a mighty fine looking setup there - amazing for $2,000.00 USD.

I'm really enjoying it! it makes for a fantastic experience. The resoultion is only 800x600 but pixelation isnt noticeable unless im closer than about 6 or 7 feet. Overall its very enjoybale!

i just barely was able to start enjoying Logic 7 even though i've had the receiver for over a year and a half. The reason for this is because i used to have MTX speakers which didnt have great trebble so i had to max out the trebble knob on the receiver to get the sound i wanted. Since the trebble control only affects the front left and front right speaker, that jacked things up and kept all the speakers from sounding the same.

however, the polk spekaers are somewhat bright and i can leave the tone controls neutral, and now I can use Logic 7 without it sounding funky. I'm enjoying it a lot! Forget what the audiophiles say about stereo-only, I'm enjoying the logic 7

    thanks

I spend about 90% of my day at work, school, or in my room, so i thought I'd make the most of it. Hmmm fridge does sound like a good idea, hoever there is nowhere to put it (i'm moving in a year so i wil be able to consider it then)

    Very slick!

I have a similar setup myself, speaker-wise. They do a nice job.
I can take what’s being given
    I can down whatever comes
I will do what you deem necessary
    My fear compels me
