    New magnepans(new to me) shipping help!
    Can someone tell me the best way to ship a pair of 2.5Rs? UPS says they are too big! Someone help me! Maybe Fedex? Thanks folks

    Also how is the bass response on these? I am in a 18x14 room. Thanks again!

    The 2.6R manual (should be close to your 2.5s) states the response as +/- 3 db down to 37 hz. Qualitatively, I have found most Magnepans to have excellent bass definition and speed. Your room, however, may limit its ultimate low end capabilties somewhat.

    You should enjoy them!

    I am still having a hard time finding a shipper. One estimate was $260! Someone know anyone! HELP!
