Need recommendations for HSU STF 2 replacement

Hello everyone,
it seems my HSU STF 2 has died again (green power light is on but no sound) and I'm looking for a replacement. This is the second time I've had problems with the STF 2 since I bought it around ten years ago. The first problem occurred less than a year after I bought it. Otherwise, it was a great sounding sub when it worked but I won't buy another HSU and was wondering if this group could recommend a good replacement sub, something that sounds as good or better than the HSU. The people at HSU said a replacement amp would cost $145 +$20 shipping, I'd rather just purchase a new one. I'm not looking to spend much more than $200 and the subs I'm considering are:
