I bought some beat up HDP-1's off ebay. The piano black finishes were trashed. They were really cheap though. So I stripped off the covers, sanded the MDF, put some partexpress cherry wood vinyl wrap on them, and redid the grilles with brown fabric (replacing the black) to sort of match the cherry, while giving them a retro look. Kinda fun.
