Monitor Audio Speakers

Has anyone had experience with Monitor Audio speakers? I am looking at buying a pair of Silver S8's for the mains, SLCR center, and s2 for the rears. I also like the GR20 and can get them for 2K. Is there a huge difference in sound? Obviously I am sure the GR20's are nicer, but for 2K I can get the entire silver set and be done for HT. What do you think?

Also, does anyone have any links to reviews for the Silver S 8's? I found one on Audiorevolution, but that is it.

I've not heard the Silver series; only the Bronze series. Very nice sounding at their price point. Here's a link to another review: Monitor Audio Silver S8.

The only question that matters is what do you think of them -- listen to them for a few hours -- if you find they have no bad habits or any fatiguing qualities then they may be right for you. That is why there are so many options out there -- we can't like everything.
