Monitor Audio Silver S2 any information about them?

Hello guys,

First time using the new format, I got the Monitor Audio Silver S2, It was really an opportunity. So, I don't know to much about them. Somebody familiar with them?

....I like them at 595/pr
...the first thing that attracts you is the well made wood veneer enclosures.I have listened to Silver and Gold series...nothing distinctive, but maybe that is good.My impression is that they don't audition well next to more efficient speakers which is not a fault.My other inpression is that the Golds are similar and not worth the price difference. Per the link attached, I was most impressed with the S-2 bookshelf....gorgeous little speaker for the money.Unless your room is very large you might look at these and put the balance in a high quality tight sub for music.
