will be placed in my small (20 sqm) room. Looking at things at the lower side of pricetags. Looking to get the most SQ while being reasonably loud.
Do I need a good soundcard? maybe an amp?
The budget I would say is about 250-300$.
I have little room in around my desktop, but I can hang them.

I live in Israel so some things might be a problem, but just give me a direction and I can take it from there.
