less Bass, less Coherent on Bi-wiring ??please

Hi, I am still skeptical about Bi-wirng my newly bought Zingali spkr( bi-wirable ).My main
concerns are (`1) the Bass would sound less/leaner (2)
less coherent sounding (these are being reported on web sites)
Has anybody found such findings on Bi-wiring ? or perhaps any other disadvantages of Bi-wiring ?
Your opinion, experiences and suggestions would help me to dicide fwhether to spend an extra+350$ for getting Analysis Plus Bi-Oval 9 spkr cable (which is not available here in Taiwan, I have to order thru Analysis Plus )
    Thanks in advance
    Simon

Buy-wiring is a scheme to get you to buy more wire. Actually, it should not make an audible difference but will cost more. Perfectly good speaker wire costs about 30 cents a foot in the US, so if you must do it, it won't cost very much. Right now, I use 8 feet of 16 gauge zip cord. I don't know what it costs in Taiwan but I imagine it's a tiny fraction of $350! The following link is to a good article which has a table for the wire gauges required for various lengths.
