    Those are the grills that slip over the Gallo's.

    Geoff,

    Were you as surprised as I was on how small the Gallo's were? Seriously, they're tiny! Some people have been concerned about the tweeter sitting so much lower than most normal listening positions. Have you noticed any ill effects from this? Also, is this your normal placement for your speakers? I would think you'd want your Maggies into the room a little more like RW's Acoustats.

    Nice collection you've got going there. When do you plan on opening your own hi-fi shop :p!

    That is the grill from the Gallo.

    But after looking more closely at the pic, it really does look like a ribbon tower!

    The debth in the pic is deceptive. The maggies are 46" from the back wall at the inside edge. I had to switch them around to make room for the Gallos.

    The Gallos make some serious bass for a small floorstander. Everything is settling in fine, and I'll post a review about them to AR this weekend.
