Hey everyone.. sort of returning to the home audio scene. anyways, i noticed that the polk audio r50's were in the top 20 products of audioreview.com.. they sell them at my local fry's for $50 a piece. Are these speakers any good for music. Im thinking about coupling it with a good denon receiver, the one that retails for $599. My budget for speakers is $300. I thought the polk's were a steal since they are floorstanders. Im moving to a new place and will remodel the garage to be a room. Thats where i want to create a 2.1 channel music system.
