Information on how to build an enclosure for inwalls?

Has anyone built an enclosure around inwalls? If so, did you notice a difference? I'm not much of a "tool guy" but I'd like to do that with my surrounds (Paradigm inwalls) but have no idea where to start (materials, methods)...thanks...
