    Not to lend any credibility to this guy, but I have. I can't tell you the brand for sure, I want to say Aiwa or JVC. You will see it alot in car stereos. I always assumed it was just fuzzy math or screwing around with theoretical ohm loads. "15.5 watts at 3.4ohms at 1124hz!"

    Also, I find it highly improbable that these things are putting out any sub bass.
