Harmon or yamaha speaker system

HI,
I want to buy Speakers and Av receiver combo , and have shot listed two, was wondering if anyone can tell me as to which one is better.One is Harman/Kardon 5.1 Audio/Video (AVR154HTIB) is around 670 bucks at VISIONS and the other one is Yamaha YHT 6128 HD at around 500 $.If someone can tell me which one is better quality wise then it will be great
