Energy C7 or B&W DM602S3

I desparately need your expert advice.

I am trying to decide between the Energy C7 and the B&W 602 as the best "value" speakers for listening to house music. Unfortunately I can not listen to both of these models side by side.

I am in a 800 sq ft loft and will possibly upgrade with a sub-woofer in the future. My receiver is Technics SA-GX390, 225 W.

All recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

If you're going to go with a sub anyway then my choice is the 602S3 with ease. Stand alone tough call. I'm assuming house is bass heavy similar to trance? The 602S3 is one of the bigger sounding standmounts available.

Both are good for the money though.
