Does anybody here have speaker enclosure software?

I just need some help with some basic designs and just need to know some port lengths. I had a basic program years ago and wish I would have kept it!

This is for a guitar cabinet I'm experimenting with.

I have 2.8 cubic feet internal volume.
I need a tuning of 80hz (like I said, guitar cabinet!)
I have some 2" x 1" ports I would like to use if possible. Barring that, I have some 1.5" ports and of course can get 3" or 4" or whatever if needed.

Or if you know of a free software download that will do this basic stuff that would be even better

you won't find any software that's any good without the driver info....your ports are most likely useless...though, you might, "might" be able get away with a 2" port
Have driver specs? what is it? An Eminence?

Here is the site that I used when I built mine. http://www.bcae1.com/

Go to 110 in the directory.

Yeah it's Eminence. I don't care to look at the curves or anything, I just know it needs to be tuned to 80hz so it shouldn't matter what speaker is used, that won't change the port lengths.

    Thanks for the link, G

What model and serial numbe for the Eminenced

It may be one of the default drivers in WinISD. If not you need to find the TS parameters of that particular driver to model it properly in your box. Once you get those or the name then I may be able to help.

Paul's right, the tuning of the system depends on the driver/box relationship...a few Hz can really skew things.

Try Unibox as well as WinISD, maybe Paul knows, but there used to be several sites that had large databases of drivers for both those programs. Thiel-Small site has some Eminence specs:

    You can download Unibox here:
