    Cannon TLS 1030 Speakers

I have a set of Cannon TLS 1030 speakers that while working need to have the woofers replaced. I have long since lost all paperwork on these speakers. I am looking for anyone that would have techinical specifications on the woofers orignally installed.

    Cannon TLS Speakers

I have a pair of Cannon TLS 1230-T speakers in which the 12" woofers and passive radiators are blown out. I have been looking for a way to fix them, but evidently Cannon has been out of business for many years. If you have any ideas, let me know. Meanwhile, I have the booklets that came with the speakers and it covers the specs. for all the Cannon speakers. Here's some info:

Woofer: 10" diam, resin impregnated fibre cone, foam roll surround, 1.5" epoxy curred copper voice coil, 40 oz magnet assembly weigth.
Midrange: 5.5", High power handling, low mass moving assembly
    Tweeter: Horn loaded 2 x 5" piezoelectric
Controls: Brilliance: Continuoustly variable from 3500 Hz to beyond audibility.
Midrange-Presence: Variable from 400 - 2000 Hz. Base optimizer: 2 position, classical or modern
Passive Radiator: Air coupled, 10" diameter
    Nominal impedance: 8 ohms
    Frequency Response: 25 Hz - 25 KHz
Power Handling: 12 Wats RMS min - 150 watts RMS max
    Dimensions 14" x 14" 25"

I found new DIY 10" passives for my Cannon TLS 1230s at www.SpeakerRepair.com, $29.99 + S/H complete with tech support. Ordering mine next week. Will be needing to refoam my woofers also. Good luck.

I have a pair of cannon model 1032 speakers. One of the cases for the speakers is destroyed. It was dropped. I'm trying to give someone the two speakers for a very low cost to be offered by potential person interested in them.
