B&W 601 S2 vs S3

Does anyone know the real difference between the two? I haven't been able to hear the S2s, but I've found a lot of real good deals on them. Mainly are the tweeters the same between the two? That is the main thing I like about the S3s is the highs.

The S2 is a much more polite sounding speaker - some no doubt like them better than the new version. They're relatively similar through the midrange - the Bass is more punchy in the newer versions.

I'm going to quantify this by saying I have had way more time on the 602 versions so memory isn;t as good on the 601 series. The tweeters should be similar if not the same.
