Opinion Please

Not that experienced in surround systems but am looking for one and don't have a lot of money to spend. Anybody know anything about the ELTse and/or ELT-Dse surround systems in the link below?

I have a Yamaha HTR-5860 receiver that I would use them with in a room with about 400 sq ft of area. If you can recommend something else you think might be better for about the dame price, please let me know. Thanks

I'm not familiar with the speakers you linked. You have a good start with the receiver- what is your max budget? I briefly looked at the link, but didn't see the ELTse or ELT-Dse prices.
