Smile Advice Spekers $1000/Pr or less

I just upgraded my stereo system with a new Cambridge 640v2 integrated amp and a new NAD cd player. I still have a pr of Dahlquist M905 speakers from 1991- they sound great to me but I wondered if at my price point if I should consider a new pair.

    Thank you for your advice

which Dalquists do you have? never heard much good about dalquist in the 90's...

if you really wanna upgrade, look at the Monitor Audio RS6's...

and at B&W's, and Kefs, and paradigm...

    Keep them spinning,
    Bert.

This is a good deal from a reputable dealer. I have the older model in my secondary set-up and love 'em. Great old-school midrange with some decent imaging. Good bang-for-the-buck.

But again, if you love the Dahllies why change? If you're just looking to experiment then that's cool, but you're not going to find the holy grail for a thousand clams.
