How advanced is "Advanced" search?

I want to plug into the Keywords box the search text *What's your favorite XM satellite station?" so I can add mine to it, if a thread along those lines exists. I know I'd probably have to shorten it to something like: Favorite XM station?, but do I need to add any operators to give me exact results?

Other discussion forums I've been a part of weren't that intellegent but instead they added a Google Search link for the Advanced Search option. Thanks.

I first did a search on this criteria: Favorite XM Radio Stations?

• Search Titles
• At least 5 replies
• 3 months ago and newer
• All open forums

This returned no matches. Next I tried: Favorite+XM+Radio+Stations?

No matches, so I just did a random search on "XM radio", and got flooded with matches, but as far as I could tell, only topics and posts containing radio were returned. Even some that had Radio Shack mentioned.

I'm just trying to get a feel for the Search engine on this site in an attempt to avoid redundancy. Maybe going back more than 3 months would yeild more accuracy, but would also probably return too many results to read through.
