Get rid of "How-To Articles"

I recommend you get rid of the entire How-To Articles forum. It isn't being used for its intended purpose, and it is being used for unintended purposes that just plain are counter-productive to the site. I mean, if you are a newbie, posted a question in there, and got zero responses, wouldn't you just go away, frustrated?

Just a recommendation, do with it what you will.

I think at the very least they should limit the ability to post a new thread there - have a submission process or something if there's a real how-to article to be submitted.
