    Dear Chris.
The problem that I am having is how do I tell who is a person responding to. Since the other forums were in a outline format, it was easy to see who was responding to either the initial poster or responding to someone elses who posted on the particular issue/ or a sidebar of the original post, if you will.
    Blah blah blah
    .blah
    .blah
    . blah
    . blah
    . blah
It's a crude example, but thats what I mean. You knew who was responding to whom. With these new forums it less obvious. All the post boxes go straight down, no inset.

    Thanks for the help

For the most part, if people are responding to the original poster, they should use the orange Post Reply button. If they are responding directly to a post - not the original - they should use the Reply w/Quote link in the post they want to respond to.

As another user mentioned, you can also change your view to see a threaded discussion within the thread to get the results you're looking for. I suggest using the Hybrid view, as it displays all posts in the linear format with a threaded view up at the top.
