I had a problem with my B&W center speaker

My center speaker is LCR 6 B&W ,and one of the speakers in it blew.It was covered under warranty, but they said that I needed to get my receiver check out.It is Yamaha 2400 that it might be DC voltage leaking.I have all my speakers set to small, and no extra amps.Do you think this is anything to worry with or wait to see if the other one blows. How can you tell.THX

It sounds like you may have fused the voice coils or perhaps there was other evidence of clipping that B&W found when they repaired your speaker. It couldn't hurt take your Yammie down to a stereo or electronics repair shop and have them check it out. That's a lot easier than going through the process of repairing another blown CC.
