Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't this be more on the lines of a Computer component?
Just trying to figure out if it should be listed here in Audio Review, or in PC or Computing Review.

Dear Sir:

You already have a "sound card" section in your Audio Review. ChainTech AV-710 is a low cost card which out performs most of the cards listed in this section, at a fraction of the price. It is probably very worth of being listed there.
