    I am getting these HP-2000 headphones today since Maxell says they are the top of the line and they sound very good for studio recording.

    They cost like $15, so what do you expect? They sound like $15 headphones.

    But do you guys think that the Sony MDR-V300 is better headphones since they cost more? Or are they about the same.

    Okay, so maybe I'm confused. But I would think that MICROPHONES would be good for RECORDING, and HEADPHONES would be good for LISTENING. But what do I know?
